We all have a picture of the Highlands, the Islands, or the Gaels in our mind. And many of us have taken a picture whilst on holiday in the Highlands and Islands: our own personal memento of our time in that place, or with those people. However, no matter how many pictures you take or how many places you see, there is always a new image waiting for you when you visit the Highlands or any other corner of Scotland. With ever-changing light and weather, the imagery of the Highlands and Islands and Scotland is never quite the same on any two days. It reforms, it is altered, it has potential and a past, it is waiting to be discovered. On the moor, or in the city, new memories and images are ready to be added to your outlook. Why don’t you send us your image of the Highlands or the Gaels?
